After reviewing your application, I'll send a text so that we can schedule a time to chat.

 

We'll talk about your health and fitness goals, injury history, and exercise experience to see if personal training is the right fit for you.

TRY IT FOR FREE

If we decide working together would be the best thing for you, we will set a time for you to come into the private studio to do your free initial assessment, movement screening, and give a taste of what personal training can do for you.

CHANGE YOUR LIFE

After our session, if you feel good about what we are doing and are ready to move forward we will process your session package and schedule you in for your next session. 

Roy not only taught me how to work out properly and safely, but he also taught me a lot as of diet and how to maintain it. He helped me get out of this end all be all mentality to sustainable workout and diet lifestyle. I highly recommend him for all, but especially corporate women who is trying to navigate how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while working.
