Personal training Is for those individuals who wouldn't make it to the gym without the dedicated time and accountability you get from having a personal trainer.
If you need guidance on form and technique so you lift safely and effectively, this is right for you.
I am located on Oahu, in a private studio located in Honolulu, Kaka’ako to be exact.

After reviewing your application, I'll send a text so that we can schedule a time to chat.
We'll talk about your health and fitness goals, injury history, and exercise experience to see if personal training is the right fit for you.

TRY IT FOR FREE
If we decide working together would be the best thing for you, we will set a time for you to come into the private studio to do your free initial assessment, movement screening, and give a taste of what personal training can do for you.

CHANGE YOUR LIFE
After our session, if you feel good about what we are doing and are ready to move forward we will process your session package and schedule you in for your next session.
